Volunteer

A key part of the Advantage! programme Is the role played by volunteers and your charity needs you! We have a variety of voluntary roles in our charity, ranging from the strategic governance of our Trust Board to ancillary roles supporting the efficient running of our charity and its organisation, and, of course, the actual delivery of our activities supporting our programmes assisting our professional coaches.
 
Our Sports Leader’s programme is very popular and our young Raider Leaders play a very important part in the delivery of lots of activities including our oversubscribed sports camps.
 
Our Raider Leaders, currently a cohort of 20 young people, benefit from regular workshops, free kit and opportunities to take part in courses, funded by Advantage!
