School/Club of the week

School and Club of the Week is one of our very first initiatives, and a hugely significant one to grow the game of Rugby League. 

The fan base, over four years ago, was struggling, and Steve Neale charged Advantage! leadership with bringing more youngsters into the ground on match days. 

Hard work has gone into making the Raiders more attractive to watch, not just on the pitch, but in terms of facilities, events and catering around the ground. 

The two organisations working together, have resulted in, on average, 400 children attending games, either with their schools or clubs, or with their families. 

The annual pre-season initiative, of free season tickets to every under 16 young person in the Furness area, has worked in tandem with school/club of the week, and with players engaging with their fans, signing autographs and posing for selfies, the atmosphere and culture around the Raiders is evolving. 

Match day is now a fantastic experience for all,
