Raider Leaders

Our first cohort of students, selected in the summer of 2019, have had experience shadowing the coaching staff, supporting the delivery of Advantage! sports camps and taken part in coaching workshops. Many have undertaken accredited courses, sponsored by Advantage! 

The group have since taken part in numerous workshops leading up to our camps and have attended initiatives such as the BeWell Festival and other events, to support our work.  

Advantage! see sports leadership and developing young people as a very important initiative, giving young people opportunities to improve their self-esteem and employability prospects.
