Awards

Advantage! Barrow Raiders Community Foundation were awarded the Love Barrow Award for ‘Project of the Year 2020’. This was in recognition of our work, developing rugby coaching in schools, and within the community, targeting young people who lack confidence.  They, along with Barrow Raiders have been shortlisted once again in 2022 for Community Focused Business of the Year.

Barrow Raiders were also awarded Rugby Football League Club of the Year for 2022.  This was also partly in recognition to the work that Advantage! do within the local community. Advantage! have been recognised for the impact they have made when introducing and developing health and well-being initiatives. Our work targets people of all ages and abilities in the Barrow and Furness area.
