Advantage! Barrow Raiders Operational Manager
Lisa became involved with Advantage! through her role as Health & Wellbeing Champion for Adults with learning disabilities and mental health.
Lisa joined Barrow Raiders as Operations Manager in 2021, having previously worked for Cumbria County Council for over 25 years. Lisa is responsible for overseeing operational activities at all levels of the organisation and ensuring policies and procedures are in place and implemented.
She believes that all people should have the opportunity to participate in sporting activities and fitness sessions, whatever their ability.
Lisa is passionate about the work of Advantage! and the positive impact it has on the local communities.
Lisa is a keen supporter of Barrow Raiders, which is a good job really as she is also the wife of the Club Chairman!
