Karen Scarr

Advantage! Barrow Raiders Trustee

Karen is a Maths Lecturer at Furness FE College. Before working at the college, Karen worked in numerous primary and secondary schools in the area as well as working for Furness Young Carers, running activity clubs and holiday activities.

Karen has supported Barrow Raiders Rugby for over 50 years.  For the last 15 years she has actively volunteered for Barrow Rugby first as a fund raiser and for the last 12years as Ground Safety Officer at Craven Park.

Karen is passionate about the rugby, her local area and community and has often helped at local community and charity events when available, especially those which have taken place at Craven Park and local schools over the years.
