Ruth Parker

Advantage! Community Coach/Health & Well-Being Champion

Job Role: Delivering rugby based activities in schools, during curriculum time and camps at the rugby ground and working within the wider community providing seated chair exercise and other activities to the elderly and adults with additional needs.

Most enjoyable aspect of the role: All of it! Especially the zoom sessions we have provided during lockdown as I could see the appreciation of what we were providing.

Biggest achievement: Qualifying as a level 2 Basketball coach and my Children.

Best sporting moment: Watching my football team win the play-off final for the Premiership at Wembley.

Sporting role model: My children because they never give up!
