Job Role: Advantage! Community Sports Coach/ Health & Well-Being Champion

Most Enjoyable Aspect of the Role: Watching children develop and grow through sport. Giving everyone equal opportunities to have fun, meet people and socialise through sport and exercise. Making a difference in people’s lives

Best Sporting Moment & Biggest Achievement: ⁠ In sport, getting on the field my self alongside a team of wonderful ladies at Walney. Along with starting up the team and watching it grow. Coaching – seeing 1 of my first cubs playing in Barrow colours for Furnes Academy and the first girl I coached being asked to train with Barrow Ladies SL team!

Sporting Role Model: Amy Hardcastle, just hard as nails, playing for England and knows how important giving back to Womens RL is.

Qualifications: (Where do I start ha!) Level 1 RL coaching. Club Welfare Officer training. Safeguarding level 2. First Aid. BA Hons in Education and Professional Studies. Level 2 in Understanding Autism. Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences. Level 1 Understanding Youth Work
